In 1959 Luigi Valentini, current President and Chairman of the Board, establishes in Rimini a company that today employes more than 300 people and extends over an area of 82,000 square meters on a 320,000 square meter property. The products it manufactures are distributed in more than 50 countries all over the world.

In the beginning of the 80's the intuition of the high potential of the ready to assemble furniture market suggested to activate a division to exploit such opportunity. It was then created the KIT division that soon assumed a very important role in the growth and development of the company, becoming one of the benchmarks of the Italian furniture market and the undisputed leader in the specific ready to assemble section.
